Welcome to Aptiv's Tax Leadership Development Program.

We’re looking for final-year students and recent graduates with a tax, accounting, finance, law or economics degree to join our unique program designed to develop strong tax leaders. Participants in Aptiv’s Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP) rotate through three assignments, each lasting 12 months. Assignments will cover different areas of corporate tax functions, with at least one as an international assignment.

Aptiv’s Tax Leadership Development Program provides an excellent opportunity to learn Aptiv's business, how we make money, where we make money, and how we report the consequences to our shareholders.

Over the course of the three-year program, you’ll get in-depth exposure to at least three different core functions; including tax reporting, transfer pricing, and regional controversy and compliance management. This program provides an incredible foundation for a rewarding financial career within corporate tax, financial planning and analysis, accounting, operational finance and treasury. It’s also a fun, fast-paced and challenging place to kick off your career.

Who We Look For

Recent graduates and final-year students majoring in tax, finance, accounting, economics or law
Practical experience, such as an internship, in a broadly relevant field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A passion for and interest in corporate tax
The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Interest in becoming a leader
